Our story began where art meets expertise.
I, Fía, an artist inspired by Iceland’s haunting silence and golden light, took a leap of faith into a land both raw and exquisite. Hrannar, a real estate expert with a decade of mastery, guided me through the terrain, turning discovery into possibility. What began as a single transaction became a shared vision: to curate Iceland’s finest homes, crafting sanctuaries that harmonize with both nature and the lives of those who inhabit them.
As an artist and investor, I bring a sensibility for texture, light, and atmosphere, ensuring every home resonates with beauty and purpose. Hrannar brings precision and creativity to navigating the market, transforming complex challenges into bespoke solutions. Together, we shape HEIMA COLLECTION, one sanctuary at a time — where Iceland’s natural spirit meets your personal vision.
To realize our vision, we collaborate with dedicated specialists in architecture, law, and development. Every home is crafted with care, legal certainty, and a commitment to timeless quality.

With a background in interior design and over a decade of experience in art, branding, and entrepreneurship, Fía brings a unique creative vision to HEIMA COLLECTION. An artist at heart, she draws inspiration from Iceland’s raw textures, shaping a refined aesthetic that bridges design and storytelling. As both a homeowner and an investor in rental properties, she understands the journey from aspiration to ownership and brings empathy, as well as expertise, to every client relationship.
